Return & Refund Policies

At Mitanshu Jewellery, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@mitanshujewellery.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method at the customer's expense.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in some cases.
  • Refunds are issued for the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any discounts, promotions, or coupons applied at the time of purchase.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@mitanshujewellery.com.
  • Please provide detailed information and photos of the damaged or defective item(s) for our review.
  • We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Custom Orders:

  • Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
